On August 10, 2019, the Cedar Lakes Casino attempted a Guinness World Record to celebrate their Grand Opening!
The new casino is located in Cass Lake, Minnesota and features 100 guest rooms, 650 gaming machines, and 250 seat banquet facility. The casino is operated by the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
The frybread needed to be over 66 pounds to set the record. Mike Marcotte from Guinness was on hand to witness the attempt!

The frybread from Cedar Lakes Casino came out at 150.2 pounds!
Some world records, like the one held by the tallest person in the world, might never be broken.
But could somebody actually make a bigger piece of fry bread? Time will tell!

To all Indigenous people pure or mixed genetics, do not eat fry bread because it is very bad for you. The flour turns into sugar in the body which raises insulin, and causes diabetes. Diabetes is the number one killer of Indigenous people. The government gave us surplus, so called, food to purposely poison us. Our ancestors never ate that junk, and I know it is difficult but do not eat that junk.
