University of North Carolina senior Alexis Jones who also happened to be Lumbee was given a Golden Ticket after her stunning renditions of “Spotlight” by Jennifer Hudson and “All I ask” by Adele.
She even auditioned in a wampum squash blossom necklace and spent some time talking to the judges about her Native background.
