Are pow-wows still held in Cabarrus County, North Carolina? They were held at the Camp Barnhardt site. I really enjoyed them.

Sorry didn’t mean to post the question twice!
In the process of making a regalia for my 6month old son… Does anyone have tips on how to apply (sew) ribbon (fringe)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!
After figuring out what length of fringe you want, Cut all of your ribbons twice that length and making Mark at the centerpoint. Full of them all in half an iron them at that centerpoint. Use double-sided tape and place on the fabric where you will solve the fringe on. Begin placing the ribbons on to the double-sided tape making sure they are all equal in length and distance. Place more double-sided tape over the ribbons once you have them in place and cover it with what ever finish you want to use whether it be sequins more ribbon etc.
The double-sided tape saves time on using sewing pins. Finished by sewing everything into place
