I love when artists get their hands on technology. I've noticed more and more photographers are using drones or quadcopters to take photos at pow wows and I'd love to see the trend keep going!
A recent video by native photographer Jeffrey Keeble (Forest County Potawatomi and Sisseton Wahpeton Sioux) of One36 Photo/Design uses some amazing aerial shots from the Carter Pow Wow in Wisconsin. He carefully edited the shots with additional pow wow footage and mixed it with A Tribe Called Red's “Native Puppy Love” song. Check it out!
Keeble also had some great stills from the event.
Thanks for capturing those moments Jeffrey! Make sure you visit One36 Photo/Design on Facebook for more pow wow photos!
