2) Sit in the Elder’s section when you’re NOT an Elder or someone with special needs.
Sometimes Powwows get packed with people, and standing room gets crowded and hot in the summer heat. This does not mean that an open seat in the Elder’s section is available to anyone who wants it, and I guarantee that taking it will get you an earful from anyone sitting near this section. We take care of our Elders, and if you’re just a young sapling looking for some shade, you will get a shoe thrown at you.
