Della BigHair-Stump is the owner of Designs by Della, and her gorgeous prom dresses were shared across social media amid other girls all over the country who posted their photos of pre-prom primping.

The difference with Designs by Della, was that all of her prom dresses were made to represent the indigenous cultures of their girls who wore them.
