Most are already aware of the incident on January 24th 2015 where 57 Lakota Children from American Horse School were assaulted by a drunk man at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. What many may not be aware of is that the man responsible for the assault has only been charged with disorderly conduct and if convicted will avoid Hate Crime charges, Child abuse charges, Jail time, and a Jury, paying a maximum of $500. Is this Justice??

The parents of the 57 children have started a website called www.lakota57.com and have a fundraiser selling t-shirts with designs by artist Joey Montoya of Urban Native Era.

T-Shirts: http://www.urbannativeera.com/shop/protectthe57

Prints: http://www.urbannativeera.com/artwork/lakota57print

Please help if you can. The families need money for gas to get to Rapid City, as well as legal fees to try and bring Justice for their children.
