Follow along with Isaac Trimble as he goes on a journey to health and wellness through his rediscovery of Native American Fancy Dancing. By making this film Trimble hopes to reach out to historians, tribal leaders, fitness coaches, Native American dancers, and the Native community.  Hopefully he can reach his final goal of dancing at one of the biggest Powwows in the world; Gathering of Nations Powwow in Albuquerque New Mexico.
