Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Elects New Chairman

Standing Rock Sioux Tribe voted last week to elect a new leader. Tribal Chairman Dave Archambault lost out to fellow councilman Mike Faith by a vote of 1,082 to 628, according to unofficial results.
