The Eater recently met up with Sean Sherman, AKA The Sioux Chef talk about healthy eating, like our ancestors once did, and how he's bringing it to the table.

Still on my bucket list, to get to Minnesota and eat some of this yummy food! If you hadn't already heard, The Sioux Chef recently partnered with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, and the Minneapolis Parks Foundation to open a riverfront restaurant and food service venue for the future public pavilion at Water Works. Exciting news!
