Saskatoon Area – Keep an Eye Out for Missing Feathers

Help this pow wow dancer find her feathers!

In an interview with The Starphoenix, Randi Candline told them she had been packing her regalia for a powwow in Yorkton, which is located in southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada. She said she remembers putting her belongings near her door before loading them into a friend's car outside her apartment. Unfortunately she did not notice the feathers were missing until later on. Now the feathers are nowhere to be found. Did someone come by and steal them while she was packing up? Did they accidentally fall out of the car somewhere?

She has put posters up around the Saskatoon area but no leads so far.

“They are very important to me. They are a part of my healing, and they are how I ground myself,” she said.

“I want to be optimistic, but I also have a lot of anxiety about missing them. They are a lifeline.”

If anyone has information, please contact Randi Candline at (306) 716-4914
