Native American NAC Loose Feather Fan Pow Wow Beaded Macaw
Up for auction is the hand crafted traditional Native American Church (NAC) ceremony Loose Feather Fan. Traditionally used during peyote ceremonies and NAC meetings
This beautiful traditional piece was made by a Lakota man from the Standing Rock Reservation. The fan measures 29″ without the 12″ hand twisted fringe. The feathers are from a Scarlet Macaw, hardwood handle is beaded with size 11 seed beads. The feathers are connected to the handle with a threaded Brass feral. The feral gives you the ability to separate the handle from the feathers for storage.
I also make beaded moccasins, Leather war shirts, Dance bells, Leather pants and most other Native regalia all with custom bead work. If there is something you are looking for let me know I am sure I can help you out.
