MC Kay Oxendine and Thundervoice

Kay Oxendine of the Haliwa-Saponi Tribe was the MC for the Duke 8th Annual Pow Wow in North Carolina. David James caught up with Kay as she talked about the importance of family and culture. Also making an appearance in the video is the drum group Thundervoice.
