Q: What style do you dance? I dance fancy shawl

Q: What do you like best about your dance style?

A:What I like about it is that it’s very energetic and there are many other dances to do with this style, such as crow hop and double beat.

Q: How did you choose your dance style?

A:When I was little I realized how cool it would be to dance it. I also thought how fun it would be to spin around, too.

Q: How do you feel when you dance at powwows?

A:I always feel mixed emotions. I feel excited when I get to dance, but before I do dance, I get pretty nervous, too.

Q: What do you like best about powwows?

A: What I like best about powwows is that we get be with friends that you mostly see only at powwows and it’s a lot of fun dancing as well

Q: What would you tell other young people who want to start dancing?
A:Don’t be afraid! Have fun with it! Over the years that you dance, you’ll always improve and come up with cool dance moves.

Q: Anything else you want us to know about you?
A: If you’re at a powwow that you’re at competing and you don’t place, don’t get upset, as long as you have fun, right? That happened to me many times, it still does.
