One of our readers gave us a heads up on this upcoming auction in Mount Vernon, Washington and wow! I've never really hit up an estate sale or gone to an auction in person, so I have nothing to compare this to, but there seem to be a lot of unique items in this collection.

A little background on the collection from the Auction website:

Estate is from a WSU Professor a life long collector,
Native American Basket from Many of the Northwest Tribes.
100 Pieces of Rare Beadwork rarely seen.
Native Jewelry from the Southwest in Sterling and Turquoise.
Dolls, Rugs, Blankets and much more Over 500 pieces
Bird Points, Arrow Heads, Stone tools, Indian Maiden Pictures,

Here's just a small sample of some of the items up for bid.

Any items stand out to you or look familiar? Maybe a particular style of beadwork or artist? I just hope these items end up in a good home.

All these items will be available to bid on starting January 22nd.
