Center of Creation pattern is based on a diptych fresco by Deborah Jojola. This design symbolizes how life grows from earth, rising through clouds. A central bloom releases seeds, which are scattered by wind. Arrows represent sovereignty, while curved elements show life as a continuing spiral. Part of our Legendary Collection, this design honors stories and symbols of Native American cultures. Each year a new collector’s blanket is added to the series.

• Comes with a Legendary Collection label
• 64″ x 80″
• Napped; felt bound
• Pure virgin wool/cotton
• Fabric woven in our American mills
• Dry clean
• Made in USA

About the artist: Deborah Jojola is an educator and award-winning artist of Jemez Pueblo and Pueblo of Isleta heritage. She is committed to reviving the lost arts of her ancestors. Using bygone techniques, Deborah creates designs that encompass rare Isleta iconography. “We have a purpose beyond in this life. Life is a spiral,” she states.
