The San Francisco Giants welcome you and your family and friends to AT&T Park to take part in a celebration of the Bay Area's Native American culture by hosting a Native American Heritage Night on Wednesday, June 24th! Ticket package includes a ticket to the Wednesday, June 24th evening game versus the San Diego Padres and a special Giants commemorative T-shirt.
Make sure to arrive early to watch the dancers!
Tentative Schedule for the Event:
4:00PM Tipi setup by Jesse Salcedo at Lefty O'Doul's Plaza
5:00PM Native dance and singing performances at Lefty O'Doul's Plaza
6:30PM Native dancers and singers enter the stadium
6:35PM Native dance and singing performances on the field
During the game:
(1) Two PSAs will be shown on the jumbotron publicizing Bay Area Native non-profits
(2) Two Native singing performances will take place at the end of the 3rd and 5th innings and be shown on the jumbotron
Partial proceeds from every special event ticket purchase will be donated to the American Indian Child and Resource Center and the Indian Health Center.
A block of 450 seats are reserved in the Bleacher (B136, B137, B143) and Club (CL231) sections.
