Delightful and Delicious – 9th Annual Pueblo Gingerbread Contest!

Something I always look forward to seeing in my newsfeed, pictures of tasty looking gingerbread creations during the holiday season. In New Mexico, they take it to the next level and give their gingerbread a Native twist.

Check out these edible pieces of art entered in the 9th Annual Pueblo Gingerbread contest at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center!

The recently announced the winners of 9th Annual Pueblo Gingerbread Contest:

Adult Category:
1st: Rachel Riley & Anthony Phyllis: Sky City
2nd: Marc Martinez
3rd: Eddie Nodman

Children's Category:
1st: Madeline Anderson: Mesa Verde
2nd: Rachel Mayfield
3rd: TIE – Sean & Matthew White

If you're in the Albuquerque area, please stop by the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and see these creations in person! You can also still vote in the People's Choice category, from now until Jan 7th.
