Beautiful Beaded Mixed Macaw Peyote Prayer Fan – eBay Find of the Week

Posted By PowWow Articles August 6th, 2014 Last Updated on: August 6th, 2014

A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item (including handmade items). See the seller's listing for full details.

Up for auction is this beautiful beaded peyote prayer fan that is made with 13 mixed macaw and lady Amherst pheasant feathers. This is a loose feather fan and it is brand new and have never been used, beside me burning some cedar with it to bless it. Each feather is 6 3/4 inches long and the stem base is 3 inches long, making the length of each feather 9 3/4″. The beautiful peyote gourd stitch beaded handle is done in #13 cut beads to add to that beautiful sparkle off the light and is 3 1/2 inches long. It has 6 inches of perfectly white twisted fringe. The handle screws off for easy storage in your gourd box. This fan is Native American made and my Tribal affiliation is Crow Creek Sioux from Ft. Thompson, S.D.

Thank you for looking and good luck bidding.

Take care and God Bless.
