Stuart Towarak Created a New Record at Arctic Winter Games

Stuart Towarak is a Unalakleet athlete from Alaska. He participated in the open male one foot high kick in South Slave, NWT Canada.

Recently, he created a new record in the Arctic Winter Games, hitting 9'7.

His dad is also a record holder from 1982 in the same sport.

The athlete said,

“Words can’t explain the feelings that I went through and what I’m going through right now. Just being in the moment, kicking, by myself, in the zone. Just me and the ball. I really had to find that one, find it in me to push it that hard,”
