Lake Erie Native American Council Celebrates Culture and Youth at Pow Wow

Over the weekend the Lake Erie Native American Council held a pow wow at the Christ Luthern Church in Cleveland, Ohio. It was not only a celebration of traditions and culture, but also for the younger folks in the community.

Please join our community as we celebrate the results of our cultural arts program that received funding from the Neighborhood Connections program and Cuyahoga Arts and Culture, our young people have dedicated their Saturdays to learn Native American dancing and their parents have worked hard to create their dance regalia.

And they had the cutest flyer for the pow wow too!

Cleveland.com was at the event to take photos and video. Please enjoy!
