Anyone hear about the B-2 Bomber that crashed on/near Guam? It is the first time there has been a problem with one of the B-2's It crashed during take off, both pilots were able to eject and were said to be in stable condition.

my b/f is over there right now and he was scheduled to fly back home that day, and just as he was leavin his room to take his bags down to be palletized was when it happened. all flights were cancelled and he's not home yet one thing after another keeps happenin and now it feels like i'm never gonna see him again

The jet crashed on the runway as it was takin off to fly back home. It happened in Guam. There's always problems with it, but they don't fly them until the problems are fixed. This is the first time ever in history where one has crashed tho. one of the pilots got a serious back injury and had to be emergency evacuated to hawaii. i'm glad tho that he's alive and able to get back home to his family

I spent 10 months at Whiteman AFB. I was one of those lucky SP's who got to drive around the hangers all night making sure someone didn't steal one LMOA

I beg to differ, the jet costs billions of dollars and millions to maintain to make sure the mission gets completed, and it's always ready to strike. much more i wish i could say but for OPSEC reason i can't investigation is being conducted, don't know if they're done, and they're not gonna release the findings of what went wrong until it gets de-classified

Hey 50Cal, man just here in the groove again. i feel you and Souljaboy now. i'm gettin that itch of wanning to go back again. i know if i stop working with the combat engineers i won't have those deployments again, i'm gonna be goin to resort spots what's been goin on with you? got any orders yet??

how did you get to be here for only 10 mnths??????? i have been here for almost 4 years and been tryin to get orders and can't. man i feel sorry for you bein an SP, i feel so bad for having to drive past them at the front gate in my warm toasty car while they're out there checkin i.d.'s

I am always feeling the sandbox....I sure do miss it.....no orders, just waiting patiently....check this out, I'm out active duty and am in the reserves....still the USMC reserves, but reserves nonetheless...LOL!!!...yeah, I'm pathetic....LOL!!!
