My parents will most likely be getting a turkey from a guy at their church. I've already told them that I want the wings and the tail before they do anything to it. First off I have never made turkey wing fans or tail fans but would like to learn. So if there is a tutorial already out about how to respectfully remove the wings and tails, properly preserve them and make fans out of them.
