looking for a tipi

I am interested in purchasing a tipi around 22' in diameter and would like to have the style without the pins below the door. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it.

No pins below the door usually means no formal door...so you have a early style tipi. There are many makers that can help you on this.

I have a 25 ft. Blackfoot Tipi made by Blue Star Tipi's of Montana. It was made in 1980. It is pure white. I had a floor made for it out of very heavy canvas. There is a full liner and the pegs are painted. It comes in it's own bag. I do not have poles as they did not survive the years. I used it only one summer while I lived and Montana and has been in storage ever since. I look at it every so often and it is still in pristine condition. I am in Southern California. You'll have to pay the shipping. What do you think?

Blue star made a great tipi....you two should exchange photos as no tipi should be sold without a visual inspection.

Good idea but I don't have any poles so a picture wouldn't show much.

Well, he hasn't answered me back so I'm going to start a new thread and put the tipi up for sale there.

Don't need poles...spread on ground and take several pictures including closeup on the bottom edge, top tie pint, door area, and lacing pin area. This will give a good indication of condition.
