looking for tipi poles

am looking for tipi poles..dont want to go the crazy croow way...am poor ndn cant afordd the shipping.will pickup poles for a fair price....any helP?

that site is kool, didn't know tipis were so involved. we don't have tipis up here in the far north. just igloos. I kid.

I have a friend in Ft. Washakie, Wyoming. He sells tipi poles. His poles are the lightweight, thin, lodgepole pine.

Pine, tamarack, and white cedar are suggested as alternate poles, if not wanting Crow's lodge pole pine. According this book i'm reading. I have no other idea at this time. Actually it is not my idea.GES
