hello yall

just wanna say i have this dumb teacher who gives me all this S**t because i don't do things right in her dumb class.

when i don't want to cope with her crap for the rest of the day i argue back with her.

is that a bad thing to do? i'm really not that sure.

but i HATE that woman. yeah she's white. she's 35. her horomones are all over the place because she's damned to be pregnant.

OH WELL HAVE TO FACE THE DAMNED FURTURE.

JUST REMEMBER ... ONE FOOT STEP AT A TIME.
(i know it sounds totally preachy but once your walking you will remember and relize one footstep makes a BIG difference in your life.)

i've been called a races from this black gurl in my class 4 not giving her a f***in box of choccolate 4 valentines and said that i only give it 2 the mex. and like i knew them a lot longer then her and she says that she should b my bfl and that bull **** right there.

Yes they have. I came from an all ndn school to a public school and i have been called everything you can think of that would insult a native and the worst part is that when i reported the problem my principal told me that gettin picked on is just a part of high school! I couldnt believe that he just blew it off. I kinda figured being in Oklahoma that racism toward natives wouldn't be a problem. I guess it's everywhere.

some of the stupid idiots tryin to be funny at school do the "war cry" thing, i hate it, but yeah, that's not the worst. me and my bro were sitting near this monument at the plaza, (in santa fe, there's an obelisk and the inscription used to say "this monument was placed in honor of the many men who died fighting the savage indians", but somebody scratched off the "savage" part) and there was this tour group that came by, and the tour guide was reading it, and asked "who knows what word was origionally there?" and some little kid said "savage", and she turns to us and says "yes, but you two dont look too savage, do you?" and i was just like wth? so yeah, plus, the tourists always start trying to speak to me in spanish, that is annoying!!! oh well, just have to cope. oh, and my friend's bf's last name is custer, who he's related to, by the way, always makes stupid comments. i was gonna get him that book custer died for your sins

I go to a public high school w/ over a thousand. I think im the only one there taht actually pow wows! There are a few people that are genuinely interested in it, but alot of the ones i've met usually make fun of the fact that I do and do the whole war whoop thing(REALLY ANNOYING!).It's not like I go around wearing my "CUCK FUSTER" shirt all day. You think that with so many cultures in the U.S. that they would actually want to learn about others instead of being so egocentric.

some times when im bored at school i sing some powwow songs and sometimes kids hear and start laughing and that really annoys me and the kids make fun of my long hair . one time this kid took it to far he started pulling on my hair so i threw some punches and well lets just say he didnt get up

I am a teacher and with braids and have a few Native students too, I just tell them, when they get bothered by others, to just turn and give a big smile. Throws the others completley off and they do not know what to do. The pranksters want you to get mad and throw the first punch. In a school situation, you get in trouble. But if you can just learn to do that devilish Cheshire Cat smile, it drives them crazy and you stay out of trouble. If anything, they throw the first punch and end up in the deans office. Self defense is the better way to go...than offender. Try it....just keep smiling...you may think you look a little silly, but it works....MOST of the time.
