i got this out of a book i read this past summer "Reservation Blues" by Sherman Alexie and i thought it was really good
-falling down and falling apart-
i know a indian women, indian in her bones
who spends the pow-wow dancing all alone
she can be lonely, sometimes she can cry
and drop her sadness into the bread she fries
i know a women, indian in her eyes
full-blood in her heart, full-blood when she cries
she can be afraid, sometimes she can shake
but her medicine won't let her break
(but she don't want a warrior and she don't want no brave
and she don't want a renegade heading for a early grave
she don't need no stolen horse, she don' need no stolen heart
she don't need no indian man falling down and falling apart)
i know a women, indian in her hands
wanting me to sing, wanting me to dance
she's out there waitng, no matter the weather
i'd walk through lighting just to give her feather

MINUTES WENT INTO HOURS
HOURS WENT INTO DAYS
DAYS WENT INTO WEEKS
WEEKS WENT INTO MONTHS
MONTHS WENT INTO YEARS
YEARS WENT INTO DECADES
DECADES WENT INTO CENTURYS
CENTURYS WENT INTO ... INFINITY
well i need to edit it so more but how does it sound [i wannna hear an answer from mike aka Mr.Panda]

i think it's prety goodr.i'm not a poet but it sounds good,and thats all that maters.i wrote a poem.umm.umm.here it goes. Roes's are red,Violets are blue,My love for you is like groundhogg stew.......

you sit on ur bed crin hateful words echoin in tha halls of ur mind

you scream a soundless scream as you drown a in a pool of your tears

you feel tha blood rushing through your ears darkness begins to take you as you struggle to breath

you wake to the sound of my voice i am there with you holding your hand i help you breath...
