here is one for yuz guyz that i wrote (it's cpy wrtd) a while ago....:

Coyote

I have met Coyote.
A clever disguise he wore,
a handsome man of talents with good words.

We talked, Coyote and I,
we talked for a long time,
and things went well.

I began to trust Coyote,
his word seemed true,
his eyes looked sincere.

I went away for a few moons,
but I returned to Coyote,
I promised I would.
When I saw Coyote,
he was very ill and this saddened me.

One day I sat in circle with "family,"
we saw the disguise was gone.
There was no handsome man of talents and good words,
only Coyote standing there.

I had trusted him,
I was a fool.
I now know Coyote
and i know him very well.
Nevermore will I fall to him,
Coyote, the trickster.

I wrote this in class and I was just randomly writing my thoughts as they floated through my mind. Its a little insane sounding but w/e deal with it. I liked all of your poems I like reading poems and writing them but I have an insecurity of my poems I always feel like they suck, Ill let you decide for yourself, oh and when i say shave my hair im not talking about my legs or anything like that I shaved of the bottom half of my hair a couple of weeks ago and just kept shaving it so I shave the hair on my HEAD like once every 2 weeks so dont get grossed out. lol:

I stare at my paper wanting to write and failing for words.

Failing for meaning, depth, and soul.

It's like trying to play an instrument but not sure of it's cords.

And hoping for a story to be told.

My finger is callous and my mind is fried of the senseless pictures I paint with my mind.

But how often is that picture looked at with awer or care?

Not as often as this girl shaves her hair.

And if I could change the way I think, I write would I?

And if I could kill the person who makes me want to write my sorrow and tears should I? Could I? Could you?

Could you explain.. no pour your soul into a cup for the world to drink or would you hide and ball up your emotions to later explode.What would you do?

See now I'm making no sense! As I often do.

But God what I'd do to be able to.

Dont mind me Im just ranting and raving, hearing my name being whispered in my ear by someone who's not visibly there.

May be it's my imagination or a ghost, the holy spirit or just sammael stopping by for some conversation, lightly aired.

Or may be Im crazy and just hear things to distract myself from the insationable twinge I get when Im around people I dont like.

Oh God I hate this place. Why do I keep turning to someone Im not even sure exists?

Someone I sometimes deny, someone Im unsure of someone I never seen, never heard from. Im not even sure likes me.

Because Im trained that way thats why. To talk to this all powerful being of creation that probably can't hear me. There I go babling, rambling about nothing at all, nothing at all.
