points menu

I used to be able to use the drop down points menu and access the bank. Now ever link in the dropdown points menu tells me there is no action found . How do I retrieve the points I had in the bank? What happened to them? Am I not receiving interest points anymore?

Try going thru Internet Options and deleting your cookies, delete temp files and clear history. Then go to your user cp and go to edit options and click on reset fielod and see what happens,

it dont work for me either...:( i had points in the bank too..and its says Action Not Found .....

i tried all of that up there too...buuuutt i still get Action Not Found in anything i choose under the points link....

Anybody running AOL with Windows ME, or on DSL, or cable Modem ? If ya is all I can say is ooops :) :devil But if you is speak up and I may have a couple of ideals.

I thought there for a while that I was going crazy. I was the only one that couldn't get to do anything in the points menu. I am glad to know that it isn't just me. It still says no actions found!!!!! WHERE ARE MY BANKED POINTS?????

So yeah I'm getting the same message as RR - no actions found - I'm running Win XP with IE browser on DSL. Ideas?

1.)Make sure all your Windows Updates are up to date,including all patches

2.) www.downloads.com
do a search for netscape communicator in downloads-download and ninstall, but do not set as your default browser.
When Internet Explorer is having a "blonde"day use Communicator,especially on DSL or Cable Modem.You can also get Opera(another browsewr)which works exceptionally well.

i did all of that. I use the netscape at home too for pws.com, but it still will not let me do any "actions" in the points menu. :(

ditto. I have tried on several different computers, with differnt windows versions, different providers. Stil no actions
