This the only thing you having problems with ? Everything else working ok ? What kind of puter, who your server(aol, earthlink,etc.) on DSL ??

don't mean to insult anyone's intelligence, but are you typing your username and password correct? Is the caplock on? Is scrolllock on? Is a key stuck?
