2 minuts to post

How come it takes a good 2 minuts to post? This is to long and it gets stuck wont let me minimize down and the supervisor just walked by sh**

go to your menu and defrag and delete all old files,,,should really speed your machine up!!!!
The steps are,,
start
program files
accessories
system tools
clean up

then the same but defrag

should really spweed you up!! Do this every week, I usually do this on fridays before shutting down.

Could be anything from the server being busy(bunch of people on trying to do stuff) to accidently clicking twice to send message. See if it continues to do t, and if it does let us know and I'll be checking into other causes and such..

I use a program called windowwasher that gets rid of all the temporary files, etc. Nice thing is you can set it to run while you aren't using your computer. It will also tell you how much space it recovered for you. If you surf the net alot, this could be a huge amount in a week or month. With 3 adults and 2 kids using our computer at home we recovered 1 GB of memory the first month!!! They have a free 30 day trial you can get to try it. Which is what we've been using for a couple months.

Unfortunately there are probably going to delays with the server right now. We are getting thousands of emails each day because of the SoBig virus and other email worms.
