A runtime error has occurred...

Before I do go absolutely buggy would someone tell me how to deactivate that damn pop up that asks if I want to debug? I get two of them everytime I go to a new powwows page. This has only been an issue since I got XP. Surprise, surprise. Hate it...

STEP ONE

Go to Tools menu and select Internet Options.
