2 antivirus programs that have been found to be quite effective
are : AVG www.grisoft.com free, automatic updates, and seems to work quite well. AVP www.free-av.com another free one with automatic updates. Also has a worm detector. This 1 says not to run more than 1 antivirus program, but it workswell with AVG. Have seen instances where if 1 didn't catch something the other 1 would, and have seen both pop up on something suspious.

Didn't AVP Change to kaspersky Anti-Virus instead of the name AVP?...I know its still the same thing, I was just curious if they changed back, I haven't used that anti in a long time (Though it was allways my favorite).

Suspect that this is still part of Kaspersky, as they have Antivirus Personal on their website, but searched their website and all they had was 3 different pay antivirus programs with similar names. Funny thing though- when the freebies work about as good as the pay versions makes you wonder about the pay versions of antivirus programs.
