Why not contact the Lumbee tribe in NC, I am sure they will be able to assist you. I believe the main area for the Lumbee is in Robeson County.

Well there's Homecoming every year in Pembroke,as well as a couple of Powwows. UNC at Pembroke has a museum. I have a book of herbal lore written by a Lumbee healer. We laugh a lot, work, love our familys and just live a good life.
you can learn more at Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina
