Hey everyone I'm new!

Hey everyone I'm new to this site, but glad I found it, this is amazing I had no idea there was this type of place/website on the net, but guess I was wrong haha. Just want to say hi to everyone and ask three questions about Pow Wow that have been bothering me for awhile now.

I live in Canada, I'm actually half Portuguese from my father's side, and on my mother's side I'm French, Irish, Scottish and native. Now for the Native part, I'm not even sure what I'am, I was told I might have Mohawk, or Mikmaq, and other, apparently I have two diffrent native parts in me. Anyways to my questions, yes I'm white but with me not having that much native in me will that stop me from becoming a Pow Wow dancer?, and how would I go about finding a school/teacher, and lastly do I have to be part of a Native community or Reserve?.
