Any powwows in Texas

Hello all,
If anybody wants to split the gas money and all-you-can-eat frybread costs, I have the car and we can share a ride to powwows in Texas.

OL,

I noticed there is going to be a female emcee at this dance.

Several people on another thread were asking if there were any practicing female emcees?

Let us know how she does?

I'm gonna try to come to the UTA powwow. I get off of work at 2pm, so I can at least catch a little bit of it.

Did you go? I was there from 5 to 9 o'clock. The kids and I were sick and my head was killing me so we left. We wore our choc/chick dresses (karlie in a blue choc and me in a blue chick), but I didn't see you (or know to look!)

girl, the kids and I left early because we've got colds too. We went to really let my daughter dance with Priscilla and to honor Peggy Larney. I barely made it out of grand entry. I knew I must've been really sick because I'm always the last one to pack up at a powwow. The kids went in for an intertribal and I was slipping my sweats on under my dress!
