Spicy pork stirfry
1/2 pound of pork cut in thin slabs
Marinate in 1/2 cup beef broth 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon ginger - any kind 1/2 teaspoon garlic - any kind powdered, dry or fresh Fry in 2 tablespoon oil until almost charred - teriyaki style then slice again into thin strips. 1 bag frozen stir fry veggies or any combination of veggies - stir fried, microwaved, or steamed. Cooked angel hair pasta, lo mein noodles or omit. SAUCE: 1/2 cup beef broth 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoon sugar or any sweetener (I used Davinci Orange syrup made from Splenda) 1 tablespoon cornstarch or other thickener. Boil everything except the cornstarch. Mix that in a little water and mix in. Boil for a minute, then toss in all ingredients. Stir to combine and ENJOY!! Watch it, it's SPICY!!
