craters of coconut
super simple b/c you use refrigerated sugar cookie dough!
preheat oven to 350. Grease 1 3/4" diameter muffin pans. Unwrap roll of sugar cookie dough and with a sharp knife cut roll of dough into 9 equal slices. cut each slice into 4 equal parts. put one pc in each muffin pan In a small mixing bowl, stir togther 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon milk 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup crushed chocolate coated english toffe bars (Heath or Skor) put muffin pan in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven an spoon rounded teaspoons of coconut-toffee mixture in the center of each partially baked cookie. return muffin pans to the 350 oven and bake for 2-3 more minutes. Cool cookies in the muffin pans for at least 10 minutes. carefully remove cookies from muffin pans. I'm not a coconut lover, but I really like these cookies. |
