Here's another 1 found on a piece of scrap paper.

1 14 oz box of Instant Rice
1 roll of hot breakfast sausage
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 cup peas and carrots
1 cup of shellouts
Dice the onion and peppers.While you are fixing the rice crumble of sausage into a skillet with the onions and peppers and cook.When sausage is done add the cup of peas and carrots,and the 1 cup of shellouts. Mix with rice. Lunch is now ready.

Nope,they a bean. Next time you go to grocery look at the canned vegetables. On the label it shows what looks like a green bean with some small brown beans beside them.

This is also good if you scramble about 6 eggs and put in it.

Now if you out of rice,but you have egg noodles,use the egg noodles.That'll work to.
