Noodles and Beef

Here is 1 I found on a piece of scrape paper stuck in a Bible.

1 -16 oz elbow noodles
1 pound ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 red bell peppe
1 green bell pepper

Dice the onion and 2 bell peppers, crumble ground beef into a skillet and add onion and peppers and cook as you fix the noodles.
When noodles are done add the ground beef and 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.

Homemade noodles, yes! That was always my favorite school lunch - homemade noodles and beef....the good old days when they actually cooked food at school.

Seems like they should work. If they are home made it would make you think that this would come out tasteing better.

Buddah B,

You crack me up because of your passion for anything about cooking and food. But it's a good crack up so don't get me wrong.

Would you consider being a moderator in this forum?
