Non-Alcoholic EggNog
I know...why bother....JOKES. You can throw some brandy in if you want.
1 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs - use pasteurized if you're worried about salmonella 1 - 2 Tablespoons sugar depending on how sweet you like it 1 teaspoon vanilla dash salt Blend in a blender and top with grated nutmeg. This isn't the real thick kind of eggnog, but makes a fast breakfast drink.
