Favorite Omelet

What's in your favorite omelet?

Right now mine is diced hot polish sausage with jalapeno and bell peppers with cheddar cheese. Topped with LaVictoria Hot Sauce....which I had this morning.

And when I can get it, I love a seafood omelet with crab, shrimp, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. Topped with Jalapeno Tabasco.

yummmmmm i like plain ol mushroom and green pepper with hot sauce and that white cheese with the jalapeno bits in it

mmm love deli ham and lots of cheese from perkins

but then James made me a chirizo (sp) egg and cheese things with these to die for potatoes. so i am thinking that all that would make a killer omolet

Mmmm...I love Spam too. Hardly ever try it in an omelet. I like it thinly sliced and fried until slightly crispy. Or put it in Mac and Cheese and I'll eat the whole pot.

my favorite omlet. I have one I love to make and one I love to eat. The one I like to make is huge - it's a five egg omlet. You don't separate the white and the yoke, rather beat all five eggs at once for five minutes with a hand mixer on high. You throw all the inners in the egg mixture with a teaspoon of flour, fold then spoon into a hot, oiled pan.

mmmm, the omlet I like to eat has everything in it - plus sharp cheddar and jack. Lots of cheese, like a pizza. Lots of veggies. bacon over sausage. Toast and hashbrowns...mmmmm, breakfast lunch or dinner.

Butterburr, I can't imagine you eating a FIVE egg omelet with EVERTHING! Although it does sound delicious and I might have to try it.

I like the ones with sausage, cheese, hashbrowns and a little onions in it and over top a sausage gravy. Oh that's sooooooooo good.
