Lemon Ice
INGREDIENTS:
1-12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 3 cups ice cubes 1 cup water 1/3 cup sugar PREPARATION: In food processor, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into non-metallic 13 x 9 pan and freeze for 45 minutes. Pour mixture back in processor and mix again until smooth. Freeze for 8 hours. Use fork to scrape before serving. |
