MIB Hungary People Breakfast

He come up with this for a Saturday Morning Family get together 1 time,so now once a month we meet at his house for breakfast.

Start a large skillet of diced potato's frying.He throws in onion and bell pepper diced.
While potato's frying scramble a dozen eggs and then put in a big bowl.
Fry a pound of breakfast sausage and crumble it it.About 5 minutes before he takes potato's off he throws in the eggs,the sausage,a can of diced tomato's with chili peppers,mixes it up and then tops it off with a box of small cubed up velvetta cheese and stis it in to melt.He set frying pan on table on a pad and told everybody to dig in. There were 6 of us there including him and there weren't any leftovers on breakfast.

oh yummmmm. Thinking of breakfast always makes me hungry!
