quick and easy chicken parmesean

i was wanting something diff one night for supper and i came up with this recipe just adding things to the skillet..lol

i took chicken breast and browned them on both sides.. i coated the skillet with olive oil..

when they were almost done i sprinkled flour across the tops of them covered them with a lid and let them settle on the top of the chicken.

turn the chicken and then do the same to the other side..

flour will be moist not crunchy and this happens by cooking low..

then i take maranara sauce and pour just over the chicken not alot so it doesnt pool up in the pan..

then i took parmesean cheese real or canned whichever you have and put on top of that..

cook low and keep turning till everything thickens..

add extra cheese before serving if you so desire..

yummmy and easy no baking and takes about 20 min..

That sounds good! I think I'll try it without the flour and I'm trying to cut starch out of my diet.

the best part about the flour is you use just a little..chicken parmesean is breaded..but most serve it reallly breaded..lol this version is light for the starch counters of the world..and you still get that great flavor of the real thang..
