TIPI for Mothers Day
YES, finally something good for momma! Its mothers day today, and my husband agreed to my purchasing a tipi for myself, and I'm excited. Its a small one, but it will do, as I've wanted one for many years. I was raised next to a large lake in Southern Oregon, and my dad always had his tipi up in the back yard, next to the lake. My siblings and cousins and I had the best times in that tipi, and that is something I have missed since having two kids myself. Well, as you may or may not know, I've lived in Alaska for nearly 2 decades, so once I get it set up in my back yard, I'm sure to get many strange inquiries. I'm just so happy to finally get a goot mothers day gift, just for me:) OH, and happy Mother's Day to all the rest of you ladies!
