I wan't rying to see the results, but just trying to "vote".

Most of the photos came up as blank boxes, and I was not able to vote on them. When I pulled the site up again, the boxes showed up but I had already voted, but really felt like the ones that I was unable to see the first time, deserved a vote. In this type of circumstance, are we not allowed for our vote to be cancelled and to re-vote......to be fair to the others that I could not see?
