Pull out your camera, get your film developed, or find some old photos!

In celebration of the opening of the Pow Wow Shop, and to get us all through the last of these winter and spring months(and into Pow Wow Season!), PowWows.com is having a Pow Wow Photo Contest.

All members may submit photos to the contest. All photos must be submitted to the appropriate category of the contest in the Gallery. All pictures will be subject to approval, and PowWows.com reserves the right to delete photos.

The categories for the contest are:

Photo featuring a PowWows.com Shirt or Hat
Photo featuring Pow Wow Singing or Dancing
Photo featuring a Child or Chilrden at a Pow Wow
Photo featuring General Pow Wow scenes

Submissions will begin today and close on 3/31/03. Each category will then have a poll to select the winner. This poll will begin on 4/1/03 and end on 4/30/03. The winner of each category will advance to a final round. The finals will begin on 5/1/03 and end on 5/31/03.

The winner of each category will recieve 10,000 Pow Wow Points.

Prizes will be awared to the top 3 places in the final round.

1st Place
$50 Gift Certificate to the Pow Wow Shop
25,000 Pow Wow Points

2nd Place
$25 Gift Certificate to the Pow Wow Shop
15,000 Pow Wow Points

3rd Place
$15 Gift Certificate to the Pow Wow Shop
10,000 Pow Wow Points

Paul...how many photos can one person enter? One in one catagory or one each catagory?

Each user can upload 2.5 mb.

Everyone can upload a total file size of 2.5 mb. Each file you upload, for example, might be 250k. Then you could upload 10 pictures. You can, though make a jpg about 30-50k so you can upload quite a few files.

Yes, you can edit your photo and move it to the contest category.
