The date for taking pictures has changed!

Photos must be taken after April 15, 2007. The date changed so that you can enter photos from Gathering of Nations.

What do we do if we didn't get permission on a photo. I got permission on some, but not on others?

That is up to you whether or not to upload them.

Paul,

Can we submit photos in the contest that we've gotten from videos that we shot? Did that make sense? What I mean is if I capture still images from a video that ive taken at a powwow, can I use them?

Also, can we move photos into the contest that we've submitted elsewhere here in the galleries?

You can submit any digital image that meets the rules of the contest.

Because they do not have exif information. So I cannot verify the date they were taken.

I go through them about once a week and send out emails to the people that need additional confirmation.

You'll need to send me a copy of the photos to my email address.

What a pity the photos must be taken after April 15th :( I visited in Fort Pierce in March and I have a lot of pictures from Powwow. Anyway I would like to tell all of you my visit in Powwow was unforgettable. It was my first contact to Native American Culture and to US too.

paul.... when you say photos with the most views..do you mean starting from back 1 month ago or so? or after the closing date and then the most views/comments? after the closing date and then the voting period...

oic...thx....drats im waiting for someone to email me the pics...from their camera..i borrowed one to shoot some pics...so i best get on their case..i better be on them like ugly on a monkey...well some monkeys are cute...maybe those ones with the red bottoms ...not so cute....
