New Gallery

PowWows.com has opened a new Gallery.

This new Gallery is intergrated with the Gathering and includes more features.

Each user can now have thier own Gallery. Users can also upload pictures to the existing categories.

The new features include posting comments about each picture, email notices about your pictures, and sending e-cards.

All the existing pictures have been transferred. Because of the lack of intergration with the old Gallery, all pictures have been transferred under my username.

I like the new gallery ! I had one question ? To find pic's from before the switch, search by keyword not user name ?

Do I have the option if I don't want any of the pictures I submitted to be sent as ecards? what about people being able to copy them?

I'm working on turning on protection for copying.

The ecards is on for all pictures.

I half way wonder if anyone will send some of pictures of myself as an ecard*haha* I really dont like the idea of it, do I have the option of deleting them? It is great that this is being done, I just have to be carefull, what if someone sends an ecard of me, and its all negative bs?

Will there be any option for the old pictures posted to be put in that particular users gallery?

And I'm a little concerned about my pics being sent as ecards...please let me know when I can have an option for new ones to be turned off, I will not post any new pictures of dancers and such until I have one.

The option can either be on for all pictures or off for all pictures.

The ecards do not send the picture, but give the person a link to view the picture in the Gallery.

Try it, and let me know what you think.
